Yes you need to treat the whole tank. Treating immediately may prevent the others catching it. Do a 25% water change, remove carbon and treat as per directions on the bottle.

done water change with equilibrium, prime and ws3.
said 1ml for every 90 litres so put 3 and half ml in total allowing for gravel and wood. so dosed for 315 litres.

Whitespot can be serious if it's not treated but hopefully you've caught it in time. More info here: http://www.fishkeeping.co.uk/articles_88/white-spot.htm

I've not used the King British stuff but like every medication you just need to follow the instructions for dosing on the bottle. If it says to do a water change then yes, but otherwise leave it as the meds are usually dosed to a certain level over the course of using them so sometimes it relies on a certain concentration in the water, if that makes sense.

HTH

EDIT - I'd remove the zeolite pads personally, does it state to on the instructions for the meds? Zeolite removes stuff from the water so it can interfere with medications.

Most Ich treatments you use over a period of days so make sure you follow the instructions Kev. The parasite can only be killed in its free swimming stage when it is invisible to the naked eye.

Not unusual to some see a spot or two reappear after treatment so keep a beady eye on the fish. Whenever I have previously experienced Ich it's always taken two back to back treatmnets to finally rid the tank. Some strains are quite resilient now unfortunately.
