Hi
Does anyone know whether many of the Maidenhead Acquatics stores stock CPDs (I live in Surrey) & if so how much they cost ? Also, can you advise whether these can be housed with Zebra Danios ? Thanks |

They definitely stock them in MA Croydon. Cant remember how much they cost but I would phone your local branch and ask. My local are a bit slow in answering the phone but the staff are very helpful.
Not sure about the zebras as they are quite boisterous and can bully other small fish. |

I've kept both (not in the same tank) and I wouldn't combine them. Zebra Danios are a lot larger and very active, far too much so for CPDs who will be seriously stressed by their activity and outcompeted for food.
The CPDS prefer a pretty calm tank with dense vegetation and minimal flow, where Zebra Danios like a good deal of current so there's a lack of compatibility there too. |
