One thing I find slightly amusing is that it said Angels and guppies are compatible although I was sure this was one of the angels natural food sources in the wild must Only be referring to adult guppies and a hell of a way to keep their population down poor babies lol

I would advise against using that particular chart. I could see several errors at a quick glance I would imagine that is because it's American

Not compatible due to completely different water parameters. Angels may well eat Guppies, but not in the wild.....there are no Guppies in the Amazon

I'm afraid not

A good way to start is to pick a fish that suits your local water pH and hardness and then look at others from the same geographical location. Usually care sheets will give some idea of compatibility beyond that. For example if you decide you like Neons, they are from South America so other South American fish are likely to have a good degree of compatibility, but you then have to factor in sizes, aggression levels etc. Angels are from South America and so are Corydoras. Many Corys will be fine with Neons, but Angels will eat them

That's the thing aggression levels as I got cribs which I have become attached to finding good tank mates is near impossible !! Also I have to adult angels and 4 infants when I introduced 2 infants at a time the first 2 were largely accepted by the adults who went beserk when I tried to introduce the last 2 I did wait at least 3-4 weeks after introducing the first 2 but aggression levels in 1 of the adult angels was so high literally started attacking everything I think he or she maybe set in their ways for such a busy tank so removed both adults and placed in the 60gallon as reckon they would be lost without each other I may also place cribs in there as it seem they are seem to be the only ones that seem to get on barring skittle nip from the crib if angel gets to friendly rather amusing considering size difference which leads me to think cribs are better placed with fish that are much bigger then themselves seems to make them far more humble!
Also the angel adults giving how territorial they became is it a possibility that they are a breeding pair if so how can I best tell gender of each because I'm struggling to see any difference !

Kribs and Angels aren't a good mix to be honest. Kribs are more peaceful when there are no other cichlids in the tank. Even then, they need plenty of space to stake out a territory and may become aggressive towards non-Krib tank mates when breeding.

Established adult Angels can be funny about any more being added to their tank. Once they're settled, as far as they are concerned it's their tank. To keep multpile Angels it's usually best to buy the whole group at once, at the same size. Once again though, if a pair forms there's likely to be trouble unless it's a very large tank where they can keep a territorial border between themselves and others.

Sexing Angels is more or less impossible until they start spawning, when the genital papillae appear and give it away. Males have a smaller, narrower papilla than females. The other giveaway when spawning is to watch for which one lays the eggs In general males are larger than females when fully grown and some males can develop a small nuchal hump, but they may well spawn long before these differences become apparent.

Yes all makes sense no as one of the adult angels does seem to strut around like lord of the manner :) once again good solid advice I was going to add a further 2 infant angels to make 6 but may just stick at 4..... 3 seem to have bonded well however the fourth a little black one seems to struggle to bond almost like its because of the he is so distinguished in colours from the rest but still early days ... Fingers crossed I think I will take ur advice and look for fish whose origins the same and water types ect... Thanks again
