Good idea. When fitting soak the end in very hot water for a few minutes first, that will make it more flexible, then it will firm up as it cools again.

Have found an instruction manual online so now I see what you're referring to
![]() http://www.aquaone.co.uk/documents/Aq ... structions_lowres_new.pdf Yes, agree with Cathie, it looks like a similar method of attaching hozelock fittings to garden hoses - the end of the hose can sometimes get a bit flattened so when you replace the fitting you should do it onto fresh hose if possible. As Cathie says, dunking the end of the hose into some hot water will make things easier, this is what I do ![]() @ Cathie - I think I might stick with this avatar for a while ![]() |

This seems worse than I thought!
The pipes stopped leaking last week, still got water leaking out and have no idea where from!! All parts of the filter feel dry but I'm still going through 2 large towels a day soaking up water. Last night I took the filters apart and checked for any problems/cracks etc....put them back together and it's still the same :( |

Are you sure? Unless there's a crack in the canister I can't see how it could
Are you sure it's not that something's slowly dribbling down the outside of the canister and collecting around the feet, or in the plastic trim of the feet? Have you got the seal around the lid seated properly? All/any o-rings in place? |

It has a rubber ball under all 4 feet, when I touch them, the water pours out down my fingers, sides are completely dry, I'll need to take it apart again and see if I can see from the inside, will have to be Wednesday I think.
I cant see any cracks. Also when I took the filter out from under the tank, I made sure it was all dry, placed it on the floor an there were and every time I checked there was two puddles where the front rubber feet were and the rest of the filter was still dry :( |

I found where the leak is coming from and just can't stop it, just getting worse, I'm presuming it's
A crack that I can't see as everything else is in place and looks fine. Just ordered a new filter and I'll keep te old one for spare parts. |
