Quick question about feeding my Guppies.
I know variation is good, so have two different types of Aquarian flake food and frozen live food. Will be buying a tea strainer so I can avoid adding the phosphate/nitrite rich gunk that is part of the frozen food. Just wondering about quantities again. The LFS suggested 1-2 flakes per fish per day. I'm also mindful of the 3 minute rule. When I feed them 2 flakes each, crumbled, it's gone within about 90 seconds. Given that it seems better to feed smaller fish more regularly, does around 2 flakes each twice daily seem too much? Tom |

I think you can give them a tad more if they're finishing that amount so quickly. Shift to twice a day and as much as they can eat in about a minute. Keep an eye out for uneaten food and adjust if needed.
