Re Trigger Fish with some kind of parasites on it

Hi all i have noticed over the last 4-5 days my blue trigger fish has been going onto its side into the gravel as i have looked close it seems to have some kind of parasites under its skin hard to see them properly but they look like little bubbles under the skin that seem to be moving around does nayone have any ides as to what they might be & maybe how to treat it regards brian

I'm not a salty keeper but the ones that are here would appreciate a pic I'm sure that could help with ID, if poss.

Hey, how long have you had the trig for? Is it resting on its side or trying to maybe scratch the area where the bumps are? How is the breathing? Is it rapid? How is its eating? Does it still have an appetite? Any other fish in the tank? That way we can rule out certain parasites which can only spread from interaction. Where abouts on the triggers anatomy do they appear and are they in more than one place? If so, where did they first appear?
