take out filterballs and bio media for sure. keep ur carbon in, you know you have to replace it as and when tho. i'm assuming your foam block and fine pad are for mechanical filtration, and as suggested replacing these with filter floss would be advisable so you can just discard it once or even twice a week to prevent nitrate build up, you can normally buy a big roll for a fiver which will last you months. I'd also look into adding some phos remover media in the back also.
