on the inside glass of my tank,very small blotches have started to appear.they look like tiny tiny bubbles but sway with the water,can anyone tell me what this is?

They might be snail eggs.

to be honest,they are so small,i dont know if a camera could focus on them.all i can say is,they are like a tiny collection of clear bubbles,some look like they are connected to the glass by a small single thread of bubbles,they move with the flow of water and are getting everywhere.

Could be snails' eggs as Laura said. Have a look at these images and see if anything matches.

thanks again for your advice,cant find an exact match in the snail eggs but does reasemble a few.ive also found a couple of dead baby snails at the surface,any reason for this?

You're cycling at the moment arent you? If so then it's either ammonia poisoning or lack of food as with no fish there's not much for them to eat.
