 hiya all hope you can help i have just got a fluval 180lt tank and it has t8 light unit does anyone know how to convert it to a t5 unit as i have corals etc in my tank xxx |

mmm I'd be tempted to call / email Fluval (Hagen) to see if they do a conversion kit.

Thanks for that, rang an electrical wholesaler today, and he told me you can get something called "IP55" connectors that will fit into the T8 sockets and allow you to fit T5 tubes, with a little wiring work. Going to his shop at the weekend to find out more; I'll post the info ASAP!

Only thing I can suggest is going down the Juwel Hi-Life T5 Light Units. A 180 Hagen should be the same dimensions as the Juwel Vision 180.
