I think it will look ok ...

That's going to look fab, although I predict lots of burnt food when you get carried away with tank gazing

The lights are going to hang from the ceiling , so there'll be no legs on top of the tank.

The bit that is clear in front of the oven , i am going to leave clear ( no background ) so i can look at it from either side ( and so it doesn't block the light from the lounge ) ..

I will put a black background on it on the right hand side and the back where it is against the unit ( so you don't see the tiles behind it ) ...

I'm also going to put a black acrylic surround around the top and bottom to hide the silicone .

I'll put some photos up when i've done that , just ordering the acrylic now.

H

Honestly , after i saw you on saturday , i was sick. Literally made myself ill with the amount of saltwater i had swallowed doing syphons ....

Dehydrated all night , my lips are still chapped and sore.

I was in bed by 8pm.

Then the next day Dave ( the coral beauty ) , had some white spots on him and i was freaking out . I've never had WS in the system so couldn't work out what was going on and where it had come from.

They've all gone now , so i guess he was just a bit stressed , and / or it was debris sticking to him.

I've ordered an ember blennie which i'm going to pick up next week once i'm sure its all good.

Eurgh!! Why do you use your mouth to siphon? Don't you have handpump? Was it fresh SW or tank water?

Don't have a pump or any new fangled equipment like that !

Yikes! Get one, they're only about £2. If it saves you getting fish flu...
