Here's a couple of the bigger pieces. Still might not be what you're after, that chunck in your tank looks quite impressive! Ive put a top-of-the-range Bic biro in the picture to get a sense of scale.

There's a definate Winter theme to the Autumn photo competition.

I saw these whilst in the country stores buying some wood shavings. Isnt it just the same as the 'Silver Bullet' from that aquarium gardening site? I thought they were pattented?

Did we ever get to the bottom of whether or not they would harm filter bacteria?



EDIT: I like the way it says it does not replace the need for regular maintainance.

You could try uploading to photobucket.com then copying the IMG code and pasting it into your post. Change the capital "IMG"'s in the code to lowercase "img". Thats how I do it. There is probably more up to date ways of doing it now.

Incase anyone missed it in the other post, I am selling a Fluval Roma 125 aquarium and stand. In the Colchester area Essex. Good condition - a few light scratches on the glass but nothing major. I wanted to makes sure no one on FK was interested before I put it on Ebay. Send me a PM if you like I can deliver it for the price of petrol but not too far away

Thanks Suey I may add a little something on the chicken thread soon regarding our broody hen Guinan. We soon got her back to normal

We would love to visit Jaguar! Will have to see if we can get over to Wales sometime. I wonder if the fish would recognise me?
