Hello,
I am wanting to start my own fish room at home. The problem is i can't find anyone that sell plain glass tanks and are willing to drill hole in them. I want glass tanks similar to what they use in maidenhead aquatic stores! I think they are roughly 18x12x12. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance Paul Rudling |

Hey guys
i am looking into getting a co2 system for my tanks because i think the benefits would be awesome. But they are quite pricey in store! So has anyone just gone out and brought a canister of co2 and some tubing etc? If so and i know this sounds dumb but can it be any types of co2 canister etc? thanks Paul |

Hey guys
I was hoping someone could help me! i am starting up a planted tropical tank. I measured my P.H and it is reading 8.2 which is high for what i am wanting to keep! I was going to get some R.O water to dilute it but out of interest i tested the water from the tap i got my water from ( i decholrinate it) The reading came back saying about 7.5 which is ideal P.H for the fish i want. So What in my tank could be affecting the P.H, i am starting to think the gravel the fish shop sold me might be buffering it up! The only other items in the tank are the heater and a piece of bogwood?! Any ideas? I also want to know if it is worth reducing the P.H before the cycle gets going? Thanks Paul |
