None of the fish shops round here sell Prime (Unless anyone knows of any??) So it was my only source
 When I went into the very local shop she had never heard of it. Will have to start searching for it now  |

Still been sunny and hot all day but some rain this evening. Still really muggy though so not looking good overnight!

I have 3 Guinea pigs with similar sort of attitude-I look after them during the day, keep them company, talk to them, give them treats-Mr K comes in from work and as soon as they hear him they squeak and squeak till he goes out there!!!
Similar to the children too now I come to think about it  |

I know that this is resurecting an old thread (Can't believe it is nearly a year though!) but we have had a RESULT
Mr K went to buy some more fish food from this shop today and the fish food Rep was there. She asked how we rated the shop and he said not very highly and went on to say we only go there as it is the only place locally that stocks Prime and the food that we use. He than went on to explain some of what happened and the fact that we wrote a long letter of complaint and heard nothing back. Someone from the fish dept was there and said that in his defence the staff had now changed. They both thought it was disgraceful that we had no response but that the fact we had mentioned fishkeeping was not good as the manager does not like the website  (Or maybe doesn't like the amount of combined knowledge available....)The rep was waiting to see the manager of the place who had not arrived. She was very pleased to get such feedback and gave Mr K a HUGE tub of fishfood which would have cost alot more than replacing the fish Can't say we will be buying more fish from there but may go back for other things. |
