Hope you like it, waiting on a few plants to the right hand side to take hold as they are only new.

the Anubias is on a pieces of java moss covered bog wood (1 side) which also doubles as a cave. Plenty of vegetation around the entrance there to cover line of sight (territorial ruby), along with a couple of slate caves etc

That's really impressive I like very much !

Is your substrate sand or fine gravel.

Is it ordinary slate - sorry if this is a daft question !

Hi, thank you for the feedback.

The substrate is B&Q play sand which I thoroughly cleaned, repeatedly! The slate I obtained locally, which the Isle of Man is well know for. After testing with vinegar drops I scrubbed the slate with a scourer over and over to ensure all the muck was off. I then soaked it in boiling water, rinsed and repeated until I was satisfied. After that its just a matter of a little aquarium safe silicone - 48 hours later it's good to go :)

Looking good

@ Fizz - I have terrible 'crypt envy' after seeing your tank so don't be too downhearted
