It is a humbug. A.k.a a striped talking catfish. I had two of these & they terrorised all the other fish, had to get rid of them.

its a striped raphiel talking catfish, i had 1 for 5 years and then someone fell onto my tank = broke. this fish was my favourite, was very playful, would sometimes swim at the front pane at night "talking" during day it hides semi-covered.
