Mine are about 3 inches, maybe a bit under. They grow about 3.5 inches. They come from the Amazon.

So that's a posh big corydoras is it despite name?
Don't think the mts in foreground are descendants of mine, too elongated, but the others could def. be, hope they are being useful! |

Hi Cathie
Yes a big posh Corydoras! I think recently they have been classified as being a true form of Corydoras. Think I read that in a PFK article. The body shape is slightly different and they have more rays to their fins.According to Planet Catfish theyre quite adaptable as long as water quality is good and they have plenty of cover. Yes all the posh MTS are yours. Theyre doing VERY well, a bit too well . I love them I did have to take a few out the other day. A piece of cougette that survived a night time of Plec abuse was covered in them so I swooped at the chance to loose a few. They keep my tank lovely and clean. ![]() |

He's very posh! I've got some of Cathie's snails too and they are doing very well, they're fab and do a really good job of mooching about in the substrate
